Pricing & Service Rates

DARK UAS offers transparent, mission-based pricing for standard services and hourly rates for specialized or custom work. Our pricing ensures fairness, efficiency, and professionalism while delivering high-quality aerial solutions.

Mission-Based Pricing

Fixed pricing for defined services such as real estate, property inspections, and basic aerial mapping.

  • Real Estate Photography: $250 per property (typically includes 25-30 images & highlight video, with flexibility based on property size)
  • Basic Mapping & Surveying: $500 for up to 10 acres
  • Roof Inspections: $150 per home
  • Includes: Pre-flight planning, on-site operations, basic data processing.
  • Additional Time: Extra on-site time billed at $75/hr.

Hourly & Custom Pricing

Complex projects, tactical operations, or custom data processing are billed hourly.

  • Advanced Surveying & GIS Mapping: $150/hr
  • Thermal Imaging & LiDAR Data Capture: $200/hr
  • Video Editing & Post-Processing: $50/hr

Policies

  • Travel Policy: Missions beyond our standard 50-mile radius may include a reasonable mileage charge. Exact travel costs will be discussed upfront to ensure transparency.
  • Weather Delays: If rescheduling is required due to weather or unsafe conditions, the client will be notified in advance, and the mission will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Bulk Project Discounts: Special pricing is available for larger projects exceeding one hour or requiring multiple locations in a single booking.
  • Loyalty & Referral Discounts: We value long-term partnerships—returning clients and referrals may receive discounted rates on future missions.
  • Fairness & Quality Assurance: We prioritize efficiency without compromise—missions are executed thoroughly and professionally. Clients are only billed for actual work performed, ensuring maximum value without unnecessary time extensions.
  • Data Delivery: Deliverables are available in RAW or processed formats based on client requirements. We work with you to ensure compatibility with your editing, analysis, or reporting needs.
